The variables

1 · Method mix

Embroidery-only stations carry more machine and operator cost per piece than pressed-letter builds. Mixed stations balance prestige and pace.

2 · Product tier

A cotton tote and a gifting-tier pullover are very different line items. We price product transparently whether we source it or you do.

3 · Piece count

Quotes include a personalization allowance matched to your guest count; going bigger mostly means more blanks and possibly a second machine.

4 · Sponsor add-ons

Co-branded backdrops, wrapped tables, custom menu cards, and logo digitizing are quoted as their own lines so a sponsor can underwrite them cleanly.

5 · Hours & schedule

A two-hour cocktail window and an all-day conference booth need different crews. Share the run-of-show and we staff to it.
