San Diego stations, from the convention floor to the coast.

San Diego is squarely inside our local pricing zone — a straight run down the 5 for conventions, Gaslamp receptions, and the retreat circuit from Coronado to Carlsbad.

San Diego's event calendar has two personalities: the massive convention programs downtown and the relaxed coastal retreat circuit. The monogram bar works both, tuned differently — pace and patches for the show floor, embroidery and tissue paper for the resort ballroom.

Where San Diego books the bar

  • Convention week activations: exhibitor booths and offsite hospitality suites during the city's marquee shows, where a working station out-draws any brochure wall.
  • Gaslamp and waterfront receptions: corporate dinners and after-parties where the station slots into a cocktail hour and sends guests home wearing the night.
  • Coronado-to-Carlsbad retreats: incentive trips and leadership offsites where monogrammed gifting is the closing-night moment.
  • Craft and campus events: breweries, biotech campuses, and university programs that want the format without big-city production overhead.

The practical details

No travel fee — San Diego prices identically to Orange County: staffed stations from about $5,000, crew at $250 per hour including setup and teardown. For convention-center dates, loop us in on your drayage and dock schedule early; we have run those docks and can save you real freight pain.
